I strongly think that he is speaking english, as it definitely wouldn´t be the first time for Kurt (Owner of the shop) to send his items beyond Germany. Some time ago he told me that he has got customers all over the planet, not a big number, but a few.
Christmas Time is a very busy period for Heisse Reifen because of the fact that he is the only dealer who is offering spare-parts across the Servo-Portfolio, and some other slot-series, too.
Just to mention that this is not his only business. So, I am sure he will get back to you when there is time for special inquiries.
Couldn´t you just place the order directly in the shop ? I don´t know what kind of parts you need and even I do not know the confidence of a non-german-speaking customer by placing an order based on the pictures which are added usually to the parts. It´s a hint, due to the fact that shop orders are going through the service much quicker as some individual orders, which we all try to place from time to time at Kurts E-Mail-adress. Unfortunately he is too favored
